Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
